| Kristen Stewart has been one busy young woman. She’s winning raves for her performance in “Welcome To The Rileys,” which is still in limited release. She just wrapped production on another movie, “On The Road.” And of course, she’s now working on the first part of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.”
Is it just us, or does it seem like Stewart moves from project to project without any down time? When we talked to her, she told us that going from role to role — and playing such a diverse variety of characters — is also helping to shape who she is. | It's nice to see that Kristen is using her acting to find out things about herself and that her work ethic is commendable, but shouldn't the woman have a break every now and then?
This is not a criticism, but a bit of a concern. I don't want Kristen to end up like Cher when Kristen was a little girl and being sick a lot because of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Granted, Kristen doesn't have an Epstine-Barr viral infection (as far as I know) that Cher had that brought on CFS, but her working so often can make her sick if she's not careful.
At least Kristen isn't working just for a paycheck and the big dollars. She's acting because she wants to and is using it to learn more about herself though her characters.

| But then again, doing what she has for 10 years has maybe built up a tolerance to the work. However, with the Twilight films, she's had to do more promo than she's ever had to do, and that's what'll "kill" her more than anything.
She's had to do more traveling and such, and it seems that her willingness to do the extra work is if anything being taken advantage of--only her and Dakota did promo for The Runaways and only Kristen did any major promo for Welcome to the Rileys.
I'd have to say that for Kristen's sake--her health and above all else box office draw and marketing--that her film companies need to start to pull their weight along with her, because there's no excuse that Kristen should have to do almost all the promo for her non-Twilight films, and she's done more promo than either Rob or Taylor have, which to be fair the films have been sold on their backs as much as Kristen's.
I'm not that concerned about Kristen's health now--she's like 20.5 years old, and she's pretty young and virlile now. But as Kristen starts to get older and her metabolism slows down and her energy starts to trail off, she's going to have to be more mindful of such things. Of course, if Kristen would give up smoking--something that it seems that she intends to do--that'll help quite a bit.
However, by the time such things could become a problem for Kristen, hopefully she'll be financially independant enough to be more picky and choosy about her roles, and that she may have a husband and children of her own, though I think that such things are quite a few years off.
At least Kristen is trying to do the right things now to build her future so she can have a family and have more pull to do the work that she wants.
